Why Weight Training Is More Important Than Cardio For Females..?

This is a very essential topic that I always wanted to share. I have been working out from last 1 & half years in various Gyms. After visiting different Gyms, I have noticed 1 common thing about girls that they mostly prefer doing Cardio than Weight Training. Even in Balasore 90% girls do cardio training. There is only 1 common reason behind it & that is they think they would look like boys, they would have a bulky body. But it's a Myth girls. Females don't have Testosterone like males so they would never look like males. But I am also not saying to stop doing Cardio. Cardio is very important to Maintain our weight but trust me you can burn for fat by doing weight training. So, you can do weight training 4 days & rest 2 days, you can go for cardio.
5 IMPORTANT REASONS WHY GIRLS SHOULD DO WEIGHT TRAINING -

1. Lose Body Fat- Weight training increases metabolism & higher metabolism means you can burn more calories. It is proven that those girl who lift weights burn more calories than those who do cardio in 2 months. It helps in tightening  your skin & make muscles. 

2. Decrease The Risk Of Osteoporosis- Osteoporosis is disease which is mostly found in females. In this disease bones become poor which are subject to fracture. But weight training reduces it risk & not only it is strengthen the muscles but make bone stronger.

3. Reduces Risk Of Injury- It helps in increasing strength in Tissues & Joints.We need strong bone, ligaments &  joints to prevent injuries & it can also relief pain from Osteoarthritis.

4. Good Posture & Reduces Back Pain- Weight training improves the strength in Core, Shoulders, Back & Legs. It helps in correcting posture so that you can stand in proper way. Great Core & Back reduces Lower back pain.

5. Enhance Mood & Reduce Stress- As I wrote in my previous blog that during work out, our body produces a hormone called Endorphin which helps in preventing pain, improve mood & fight with depression. Endorphin stimulates the mind & boost energy.  Weight training can help you feel dynamic the entire day.

JAYASHREE JYOTIRMAYEE-I m so Happy,I weared my all old dresses.Everyday I m feeling like energetic, fresh.Previously I was like lazy but now my whole day spend with full of energy,smart,stressless. 

MEGHA NAYAK-People nowadays think that girls shouldnt be doing heavy weight exercise, which is wrong .It has a lot of benefits.It has benefited me in a lot ways like developing my muscle strength Tightening my core muscles.It also increases our bone strength.
People should go for muscle training especially girls, because its really helpful for them in so many ways.

SUDHA PANDA- I feel like weight training helps me in maintaining my curve. It gives me strength & boost my energy. After coming from gym, I feel. very calm & relax.

PRIYANKA SAHOO- Everytime I used to feel lazy fatigue with negative attitude. After working out I found some positive change in my body. And felt like it's the solution of every problem. Really..! weight training with proper diet helps me in burning more calories. 

BARSHA NAYAK- I am  a very self-motivated person.  I believe that results on everything just don't happen overnight rather happens overtime. Weight training are very essential for everyone , be it male or female.  Weight training helps one to be strong both physically and mentally. It tones up muscle ,and makes you look fit. Also I would like to say being healthy isn't about starving yourself, it's about fuelling yourself with right foods.  Strong mind and strong body that's all you need. So do your squats and lift weights as much you are capable please do take trainer advice or anyone who is an expert.

SUBHASHREE PRIYADARSHINI- After joining gym, I used to do ton of cardios. There was a myth in my mind that cardio burns more calories & i will be slim very soon. But later A CERTIFIED TRAINER From DUBAI told me that weight training is very important & from then I started doing weight training & trust me girls, I really got good results. Burns more calories than Cardio & It gives me more strength.
