First of all, I would say most of the people have misconceptions on diet. People think good diet is not eating food or skipping meals. They also think that good diet means having Green Salad only. Guys,if you are one of them, then let me tell you that these are all Myths. Proper Diet means having a meal with proper ratio of 3 Macronutrients those are CARBOHYDRATES, PROTEINS, FAT including VEGETABLES. This should the ratio of your diet. All the 3 Macronutrients are very much essential for our body. In India what people do is Eat excess amount of Carbohydrates & Fat. They eat Protein in a small amount which is wrong. There is a rule that a normal person should eat 1gram of protein per kg. Suppose your body weight is 60kgs then you need to eat 60 grams of protein daily then only you will have healthy body.
