My motive is to write this blog to inspire more girls for fitness. After exploring & taking views from some girls, I reached to a conclusion that maximum girls are not able to go to the gym & maintain a high costly diet due to lack of time & money.  So, they want something easy way possible to stay healthy & fit. I made a reliable work outs & diet chart which they can do at home easily. There is no particular time for Exercise. You can exercise in the morning or in the evening. There is nothing like good time or bad time. It is completely upto you girls. I understand you all are busy in colleges & jobs but believe me 1 hour of intense work out is enough. Focus on diet more than work out. WORK OUTS- JUMPING JACKS- It is one the simple & hardcore exercise which can be done at home easily. Beginners can do 15 reps/ 4 set so in total 60 jumping jacks. Take 30 seconds of break in between every sets. It burns fat from your arms, back, belly & legs....

First of all, I would say most of the people have misconceptions on diet. People think good diet is not eating food or skipping meals. They also think that good diet means having Green Salad only. Guys,if you are one of them, then let me tell you that these are all Myths. Proper Diet means having a meal with proper ratio of 3 Macronutrients those are CARBOHYDRATES, PROTEINS, FAT including  VEGETABLES. This should the ratio of your diet. All the 3 Macronutrients are very much essential for our body. In India what people do is Eat excess amount of Carbohydrates & Fat. They eat Protein in a small amount which is wrong. There is a rule that a normal person should eat 1gram of protein per kg. Suppose your body weight is 60kgs then you need to eat 60 grams of protein daily then only you will have healthy body. Workouts & Sports benefit every part of our body as well as our mind.  Exercising causes the body to make hormone called ENDORPHIN  that can help a person to feel good.It gives us energy to do more work. Workout really helps our mind to be calmed. It is also very good for those who are in depression. One hour of exercise can really change the mood & depression will vanish.  Exercise can help you look better. People who exercise burn more calories than other person who don't. If you want an AESTHETIC PHYSIQUE then you should workout on daily basis. Girls who workout, they have a great curvy figure. Flexibility Training Strengthening the heart and other muscles isn't the only important goal of exercise. So, we need to be flexible & doing exercise can really help us to be flexible than others.
